An oversized shirt that functions as a dress in the sims 3. Use accesoiry jeans or stockings so it looks like a big shirt, instead of dress.
This comes in 2 versions: One on the Chisimi's body mesh & the 2nd on the default EA body mesh.
Disclaimer: This will show up shiny in CAS, but in game it looks okay.
